The dining environment easily lead to obesity

Good dining environment that can be mobilized metabolism, people will feel satisfied and stop eating. Nutrition Society of the United States listed a few bad dining locations:

Kitchen
Kitchen is the natural dining environment, but it also is the place where people have a good appetite, eating a lot of food places.

Office
Eating breakfast in the office, eating less in lunch,eating dessert afternoon,non-stop drinking coffee and carbonated drinks, these five categories of food will hurt the brain.

Restaurants
means more calories. Studies have shown that the women eating in the restaurant often eat more than at home.

TV
New York University study shows that children watch TV while eating dinner will extend the time, resulting in poor quality food. Because they focus attention on television, neglect to eat things.
