what on earth are bad eating habits Let us fat?

We usually have a lot of bad eating habits which are the root causes of obesity, now, let's take action to correct these bad habits! Let us imagine to be trapped in a prison, only when the guards come  can you have the food to eat. Then, when a meal will be sent what will you do? Store food! Because you do not know which is the next time you have food to eat. The same, if you frequently eat meal, and then go hungry, the body will be formed stored food inertia, which will directly lead us to obesity.

Do not eat breakfast

Breakfast is very important to us, it is the metabolic help actuator. it is the metabolic help actuators. In the eight hours after eating breakfast, the body will speed up the fat burning. If you neglect the first meals, a full day of metabolism will be damaged, the consequences can be imagined.

Eating too fast

We should know that it is not the stomach but your brain to tell you that you have had enough. Unfortunately, the contact between the brain and the physical is 20-minute delay. That is, only you have actually eat in 20 minutes, you can feel it. The faster you eat the more food will have, because you simply did not give the brain a chance to tell you that you have already be saturated. Therefore, you eat should slower.

Shortage of Drinking water

Metabolism need water to "burn" fat, so the drinking water shortage will lead to obesity. Under normal circumstances, a person should drinkfor at least eight glasses of water per day ! In fact, obesity is not someting how much you eat, but how to eat. Ifwe can develop good eating habits, you do not need a painful diet, or injury to eat a pile of Finance slimming products.

Gormandize
In the same period of time, the more you eat,  the more you need to digest. However, The food can be digested is limited, other food will be excreted, or on the form as fat stored in the body. Now the most popular meals 5-6 times a day, this actually makes sense. Eating more often body can consume the more 10 percent of calories. Therefore developing such a diet habit means that weight reduction is quite easy for you.

Sugar and caffeine

Excessive consumption of sugar in food would increase the body's blood sugar leve. This bad eating habit will lead to the body produce too much insulin which have a negative impact on metabolism of the body . This negative impact perform in more storage of fat in the body which also be more difficult to be "burn." The health effects of caffeine is the same as the sugar, it will raise blood sugar levels, slow down the fat "burning" speed. Therefore, if you really want to lose weight, you should stay away from sugar and coffee.

Drinking water is so important for good health.

It may be difficult to drink enough water on a busy day. Be sure you have water handy at all times by keeping a bottle for water with you when you are working, traveling, or exercising. If you get bored with plain water, add a bit of lemon or lime for a touch of flavor. There are some brands of flavored water available, but watch for extra calories.
