Some healthy daily eating habits

A person's eating habits have a direct impact on the function of the spleen and stomach digestion and nutrient absorption. Here several healthy eating habits are introduced.

Stand to eat: According to medical dining posture study based on different peoples around the world, the most scientific one is standing, secondly sitting, and squat is the most unscientific. It is because Squat make the legs  and abdomen on great pressure, blocking blood flow, thus affect the stomach's blood supply.

Eat soup before meals: Eating a small amount of soup before meals, like pre-exercise to do preparatory activities, make the whole digestive system activities, so that the digestive gland secreted the enough digestive succus prepared to eat well.

More cooling food: Scientists believe that lowering the temperature make human healthy and long-lived. To a certain extent, cooling food can balance
the body heat, which play a role in lowering the temperature, so extend the cells life.

Food and bitterness: The bitterness is not only rich in contains inorganic compounds, such as alkaloids, but also contains some sugar, amino acids, and so on. The amino acids in bitter food are necessary material to human growth and health. Bitter food can adjust the nervous system functions, mitigating the bad feelings from fatigue and irritancy.

Morning water drinking: Drinking a cup of cold water in the morning is conducive to live,kidney metabolism and lower blood pressure to prevent myocardial infarction, called the"revival of water." According to experts, people’s alimentary canal has been emptying after a few hours of sleep, A cup of cold water drinking can quickly be absorbed by the blood circulation, which means that the various organs of the body had a "bath."
